THE SOLUTION DESIGN BASIS

Four connected inputs define one accountable route.

Every input must describe the same operating case. A change in source, demand, final quality or site conditions can change the selected process.

01Source water

Current analysis, source reliability, temperature and seasonal variation.

02Production duty

Daily volume, realistic operating hours, peaks, storage and reserve.

03Final water quality

Potable, process, irrigation or utility target and post-treatment duty.

04Site conditions

Intake, discharge, power, footprint, access, environment and controls.

CHOOSE THE PRELIMINARY WATER ROUTE

The source selects the treatment family.

Conductivity or salinity can route the first comparison. Final design still requires the complete water analysis and project duty.

PUBLIC DATA BOUNDARY

Confirmed information stays separate from project assumptions.

Published model data and source-labelled approved net prices appear only where approved. Missing fields, internal supplier identities, procurement values and unconfirmed commercial scope are not published.

SOLUTION SELECTION FAQ

Answers before the technical proposal.

01What is the first decision in selecting a desalination solution?

Start with a current source-water analysis. It establishes the preliminary brackish-water or seawater route and identifies chemistry, fouling and materials risks that capacity alone cannot show.

02Does a capacity match mean the solution is selected?

No. Capacity is one boundary. Operating hours, peak demand, storage, product-water quality, site utilities, availability and installation interfaces must describe the same approved operating case.

03When should a project move to DESAL-SWRO XL?

Use the XL engineering route when duty exceeds the compact catalog range, when redundancy or continuous operation is required, or when intake, pretreatment, RO, post-treatment and controls must be designed as one plant.

04Are BOX DESAL plants standard containers with fixed performance?

They are reference containerized models, but final capacity, process equipment, energy use, materials, container layout and guarantees require project-specific engineering approval.

05Can the online tools provide a final quotation?

No. The Finder and calculators create a transparent preliminary starting point. Final configuration, commercial scope, tax, delivery and price are confirmed only in the CWG proposal.

READY TO DEFINE THE WATER SOLUTION?

Send the source, demand, quality target and site.

CWG will connect the operating case to the correct DESAL route and identify the remaining engineering inputs.
