01What information should I send with the first inquiry?
Start with the application, project location, source-water type, required output and intended water use. If available, attach the current laboratory analysis, installation drawings, equipment-room dimensions and photographs.
02Can I request a quotation without a water analysis?
A preliminary route can be discussed, but reliable pretreatment, recovery, membrane duty, materials and performance cannot be finalized without sufficient source-water data. The team can identify the analysis required for the next step.
03Can SEAMASTER review international projects?
Yes. State the destination, electrical supply, climate, applicable project standards, logistics and expected service scope. The final proposal confirms the actual supply and documentation boundary for that location.
04Is the Watermaker Finder a quotation?
No. The Finder provides a preliminary catalog starting point. A technical and commercial proposal follows review of the actual source, duty, installation and project requirements.
