SEAMASTERDESALINATIONA SPECIALIZED CWG ENGINEERING PLATFORM

WHO WE ARE

One desalination platform across water sources, applications and project scales.

SEAMASTER is the specialized desalination platform of CWG d.o.o. in Croatia. It brings compact watermakers, commercial RO systems, engineered SWRO plants and containerized solutions into one consistent product and engineering structure.

The platform is built to answer a practical question: how should a specific source become reliable water for a specific service? That requires more than selecting nominal flow. It requires water analysis, operating duty, pretreatment, membranes, materials, post-treatment, controls, storage interfaces and maintainability to agree.

ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES

Six rules guide every DESAL route.

The same rules apply from a 30 L/h yacht system to a multi-container water-supply project.

01

Source-water first

Every route begins with the actual brackish-water or seawater source, not a preferred machine.

02

Application-led duty

Marine, residential, hospitality, industry, irrigation and municipal supply create different operating priorities.

03

Complete process

Pretreatment, RO, energy, post-treatment, storage interfaces and controls are evaluated as one water system.

04

Verified boundaries

Catalog ranges guide preliminary selection; guaranteed performance follows sufficient project data and engineering approval.

05

Maintainable delivery

Access, components, documentation, cleaning, spares and operator capability are considered during configuration.

06

Clear integration

Battery limits define how the DESAL package connects to intake, power, product storage, distribution and discharge.

DESIGNED AROUND THE APPLICATION

Operating context changes the correct answer.

A yacht prioritizes footprint, power and onboard access. A hotel must cover peaks and seasonality. Industry requires process quality and uptime. Municipal supply adds storage, redundancy and operator capability.

ENGINEERING OUTPUTS

Turn assumptions into defined project information.

The actual document package follows the accepted scope, project size and delivery format.

01

Design basis

Verified inputs, assumptions, duty point, operating philosophy and final engineering gates.

02

Process architecture

Treatment sequence, water balance, pretreatment, RO, post-treatment and stream interfaces.

03

Equipment duty

Capacity, pressure, recovery, membrane, pump, dosing, monitoring and cleaning requirements.

04

Control philosophy

Permissives, automatic operation, flushing, alarms, shutdowns and remote interface requirements.

05

Project documentation

Approved data, technical schedule, layouts, interfaces and operating information according to scope.

06

Lifecycle plan

Commissioning, operator training, consumables, spares, service access and maintenance expectations.

TECHNICAL INTEGRITY

Clear boundaries are part of good engineering.

SEAMASTER does not treat an online result as a guarantee or apply one pretreatment train to every source. Public ranges and the Finder accelerate orientation; the approved proposal defines the real performance and supply boundary.

Supplier names remain outside the public SEAMASTER product structureCatalog limits are not extended without engineering reviewReference data is identified separately from guaranteed project dataWater analysis and site conditions remain the final selection gateIncluded integration, documentation and support are stated in the proposal

PROJECT COLLABORATION

Built to work with the complete project team.

Clear process data and interfaces allow the DESAL package to coordinate with owners, consultants, shipyards, contractors, utilities and EPC teams.

ABOUT SEAMASTER FAQ

Clear answers about the platform and project scope.

01What is SEAMASTER?

SEAMASTER is the specialized desalination platform of CWG d.o.o. in Croatia. It organizes compact, commercial, industrial and containerized brackish-water and seawater RO solutions under one application-led engineering framework.

02Does SEAMASTER offer standard products or only engineered plants?

Both. Compact DESAL YACHT, DESAL-BWRO and DESAL-SWRO families provide catalog starting points. DESAL-SWRO XL and BOX DESAL SWRO address larger project-engineered and containerized duties. Final scope depends on verified project data.

03Does SEAMASTER manufacture every component?

No such universal claim is made. A delivery can combine standard equipment, selected treatment components, project-engineered skids and factory-integrated container packages. The proposal defines the actual engineering, assembly, integration, testing and supply boundary.

04Can SEAMASTER work with consultants, shipyards, contractors or EPC teams?

Yes. The engineering process is structured around clear design inputs, technical schedules and battery limits so the desalination package can be coordinated with marine, civil, mechanical, electrical and utility scopes.

05Are certifications and material requirements fixed for every product?

No. Required codes, certificates, wetted materials, electrical standards and documentation must be stated for the destination and project. They are confirmed in the commercial and technical scope before supply.

06What support is available after delivery?

Commissioning, training, documentation, consumables, spare parts, remote support and field service can be defined according to the project and location. Only the items stated in the accepted scope are included in a specific delivery.
