DESAL-SWRO XL · PROJECT DESIGN BASIS

Good engineering starts
with complete inputs.

Prepare the water, demand, final-quality, site, utility, availability and delivery information required before SEAMASTER can issue an accountable XL proposal.

PROJECT DESIGN BASIS

A proposal is only as reliable as its input data.

The design basis records what the plant must treat, produce, withstand and connect to. Missing information is identified openly rather than replaced by assumptions inside the final guarantee.

ENGINEERING FRAMEWORK

Six inputs that shape the approved solution.

Each item becomes part of the design basis before equipment, guarantees and commercial scope are frozen.

01

Water analysis

Provide salinity, temperature, suspended solids, scaling ions, organics and biological indicators.

02

Demand profile

State daily volume, peaks, operating hours, seasonal variation and storage philosophy.

03

Product-water duty

Define potable, process or utility targets and required post-treatment compliance.

04

Intake & discharge

Describe source reliability, intake hydraulics, discharge route and permitting boundary.

05

Site & utilities

Confirm power, footprint, climate, access, drainage, civil works and connection conditions.

06

Delivery & availability

Set redundancy, automation, documentation, testing, commissioning and battery limits.

CONTROLLED DATA BOUNDARY

No model, equipment or price is inferred.

The current approved source confirms the XL range and engineering position. It does not establish public intermediate models or a universal technical schedule.

DESAL-SWRO XL FAQ

Answers before concept design.

01Can SEAMASTER issue a guaranteed XL proposal from flow alone?

No. Flow is only one input. Guaranteed performance and final scope require current water data, operating conditions, final-water specification, site interfaces and availability requirements.

02What is the confirmed DESAL-SWRO XL capacity range?

The approved public engineering envelope is 36–600 m³/day, equivalent to 1,500–25,000 L/h. No discrete XL model list is currently approved.

03Is XL pricing available online?

No confirmed public XL price list is established. Final price, tax treatment, delivery and supplied scope are issued in the CWG project proposal.

04Can DESAL-SWRO XL be containerized?

Container delivery can be evaluated after the process, equipment layout, access and site battery limits are defined. Confirmed BOX DESAL catalog platforms are available separately from 100 to 1,200 m³/day.

READY FOR DESAL-SWRO XL ENGINEERING?

Send the water analysis and project duty.

CWG will define the process, design capacity, train architecture, interfaces, guarantees and final commercial scope.
