PROCESS ARCHITECTURE

Capacity alone does not define an industrial SWRO plant.

Two projects with the same product flow may need different pretreatment, materials, train arrangements, controls and post-treatment. XL architecture is fixed only after source and site risks are understood.

ENGINEERING FRAMEWORK

Six inputs that shape the approved solution.

Each item becomes part of the design basis before equipment, guarantees and commercial scope are frozen.

01

Intake & discharge

Define seawater collection, screening, hydraulic conditions and concentrate interface.

02

Pretreatment

Select filtration and chemical conditioning from turbidity, SDI, scaling and fouling risks.

03

High-pressure section

Select pump, control and energy-recovery architecture for the approved design point.

04

RO trains

Set membrane array, flux, recovery and parallel-train arrangement from the projection.

05

Final water

Define stabilization, remineralization, disinfection, storage and distribution interfaces.

06

CIP & controls

Integrate flushing, cleaning, instruments, alarms, trends and remote supervision.

CONTROLLED DATA BOUNDARY

No model, equipment or price is inferred.

The current approved source confirms the XL range and engineering position. It does not establish public intermediate models or a universal technical schedule.

DESAL-SWRO XL FAQ

Answers before concept design.

01Is one standard process train used across the complete XL range?

No. The public range does not define one universal equipment train. Pretreatment, membranes, recovery, materials, energy recovery, post-treatment and automation remain project-specific.

02What is the confirmed DESAL-SWRO XL capacity range?

The approved public engineering envelope is 36–600 m³/day, equivalent to 1,500–25,000 L/h. No discrete XL model list is currently approved.

03Is XL pricing available online?

No confirmed public XL price list is established. Final price, tax treatment, delivery and supplied scope are issued in the CWG project proposal.

04Can DESAL-SWRO XL be containerized?

Container delivery can be evaluated after the process, equipment layout, access and site battery limits are defined. Confirmed BOX DESAL catalog platforms are available separately from 100 to 1,200 m³/day.

READY FOR DESAL-SWRO XL ENGINEERING?
