DESAL-SWRO XL · CAPACITY ENGINEERING

Capacity begins with duty.
Not a model number.

Convert daily demand, operating hours, storage, seawater conditions and availability requirements into one defensible design point inside the confirmed 36–600 m³/day XL envelope.

CAPACITY ENGINEERING

The same daily demand can require different plant capacity.

Operating time, cleaning allowance, storage autonomy, seasonal seawater temperature and redundancy determine the selected output. Intermediate XL capacities are engineered; they are not pre-approved catalog SKUs.

ENGINEERING FRAMEWORK

Six inputs that shape the approved solution.

Each item becomes part of the design basis before equipment, guarantees and commercial scope are frozen.

01

Daily demand

Define average, peak and seasonal product-water demand by application.

02

Operating window

Set realistic production hours, flushing, cleaning and planned downtime.

03

Storage strategy

Separate steady RO production from peak distribution and autonomy requirements.

04

Water correction

Recalculate output for actual salinity, temperature and membrane design conditions.

05

Availability

Define train redundancy, standby equipment and acceptable outage exposure.

06

Approved design point

Issue guaranteed capacity only after the membrane projection and scope are approved.

CONTROLLED DATA BOUNDARY

No model, equipment or price is inferred.

The current approved source confirms the XL range and engineering position. It does not establish public intermediate models or a universal technical schedule.

DESAL-SWRO XL FAQ

Answers before concept design.

01Can any capacity between 36 and 600 m³/day be assumed available?

No capacity should be assumed automatically. The range is the confirmed engineering envelope; an intermediate design point becomes valid only after water, duty, train architecture and equipment availability are checked.

02What is the confirmed DESAL-SWRO XL capacity range?

The approved public engineering envelope is 36–600 m³/day, equivalent to 1,500–25,000 L/h. No discrete XL model list is currently approved.

03Is XL pricing available online?

No confirmed public XL price list is established. Final price, tax treatment, delivery and supplied scope are issued in the CWG project proposal.

04Can DESAL-SWRO XL be containerized?

Container delivery can be evaluated after the process, equipment layout, access and site battery limits are defined. Confirmed BOX DESAL catalog platforms are available separately from 100 to 1,200 m³/day.
